We have several types of digital printers, each serving a specific purpose and need. We can provide eco-friendly UV (ultra-violet), solvent and thermal transfer output onto a variety of substrates (materials). Our newest addition allows us to print a 54" wide surface x unlimited length. Each printer excels in a different area...the ink and media is carefully chosen to best suit your particular project and budget. We can provide photographic quality and print directly onto your chosen material...without the need for any lamination !!!
We offer a complete line of display related materials such as banner and poster holders and stands, table top and "pop-up" displays and items to showcase your message. See your options under "Banners & Displays" on the left sidebar... We really want to make it easy and economical to work with us...We offer design services or simply print from your prepared digital electronic files. Media that we support includes: CD (preferred), DVD, Email transfer (20 meg. max), 3.5"floppy discs, Zip discs (100 or 250 meg). We are PC based. Files should be saved as: Adobe Illustrator .ai (preferred) CS3 or earlier, Adobe Photoshop, .eps (encapsulated postscript), .pdf (must be saved at full/final output size) File format requirements: Photographic files should be saved at the highest resolution possible/available. When preparing your files : Convert ALL TEXT (fonts) to outlines. We prefer this method to insure the integrity of the final font output. All files must be created and saved at the final output size. Include a proof of every page that is to be printed. Proofs should include: - any photographic image, shown in desired layout position - final size (that you desire) of the output print - any additional finishing instructions *** Final output can vary, based on differences in specified/selected material, environmental changes or fluctuations such as temperature and humidity, differences in printer calibrations, etc. We make every reasonable attempt to match your submitted file with our 4 color process. Scaled proofs can be provided on request, however, proofing charges will be applied. *** Most web images and thumbnails are not of the required resolution for satisfactory reproduction at larger sizes. We print full-color banners, posters, wall murals, and signs on a broad variety of materials. We offer choices that are suitable for either indoor or outdoor applications and substrate alternatives for eco-friendly materials. We can print anything from a single photo or logo, to a full trade show display. From the smallest die-cut decal to the largest vehicle wrap for mobile/fleet advertising...table drapes, wall murals, full-color floor and sidewalk graphics...check us out...!!!
Finished prints can be provided on: coroplast, gatorfoam, foamboard, pvc's such as komatex and sintra, aluminum, paper, coated card stock, various flexible banner materials and self-adhesive vinyl. We have recently added "eco-friendly" recyclable and biodegradable foamboards and banners as choices, in addition to cardboard in an effort to minimize the impact on our environment.
This output is excellent for indoor and outdoor signs, posters, banners, decals, vehicle wraps and trade-show signage. Lamination is usually not required but, if desired, can be provided, at additional cost.
